Can we choose what activities we do?
Absolutely — that's the whole point of a private charter. You can fish, spearfish, snorkel, visit a sandbar, go lobstering (in season), watch the sunset, or mix and match. Just tell Captain Rio what your group is interested in and he'll build the day around it.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes — you're encouraged to bring whatever your group wants to eat and drink. There's a cooler on board. Many groups bring a cooler of drinks, sandwiches, and snacks for a half-day, or go all out for a full-day celebration with a proper spread.
